Apply today!About the roleAs an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient processing of inbound materials and refuse of various forms through Reworld’s industrial disposal processPosition Responsibilities:Receive and process inbound materials, through the safe operation of various types of industrial equipment, such as: forklift, track hoe, skid steer, vacuum truck, tanker truck, roll-off truck, walking floor trailer, pressure washer, material handling equipment, and various hand toolsReceive, weigh, unpack, and label containers, as necessarySafely operate industrial equipment to consolidate dumped refuse on the tipping floorFollow defined industrial and manufacturing good housekeeping practices at all Reworld facilities and within assigned work areasExterior site maintenance and improvement, as needed, which includes: litter collection, painting, snow removal and ice preventionTraffic Control for incoming/outgoing trafficAssist facility mechanic(s) with equipment repairsAdditional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operationsPosition Requirements & Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent, preferredA minimum of 1 year experience operating industrial equipmentMust have the ability to work a rotating shift scheduleTotal Rewards & Compensation:Competitive Base SalaryDay one employee benefits: competitive health insurance options, PTO, retirement savings planPhysical Demands of the Role:Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climbAbility to lift/carry 50lbsAbility to work from heights and in confined spacesQualify to wear a full-face respiratorConsistently work in various weather conditionsAll Reworld positions require a candidate's ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the role while upholding Reworld's Values, including (but not limited to) contributing to a safe and inclusive workplace, delivering results through trust, and building breakthrough capabilities.Please note that Level, Title and/or Salary may be adjusted based on the applicant's experience or skills.Pay TransparencyThis role is covered under a Labor Union / Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
