What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, valid OT licensure in Michigan.
• Experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative teamwork.
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs.

In this role, you will:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to promote student success and inclusion.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings.
• Implement evidence-based practices to support fine/gross motor skills, sensory integration, and adaptive behaviors.
• Foster independence and self-advocacy skills in students.
