Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Michigan SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, especially with elementary-age children, is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for K-3rd grade students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services in one-on-one and group settings
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and recommendations
