About SPENGA Spring House:
SPENGA is an exciting, rapidly growing company, with the goal of bringing the Best. Workout. Ever. to every neighborhood. SPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. SPENGA Spring House is currently the only SPENGA in PA. Our goal is to open 4 additional studios in Bucks and Montgomery Counties to expand the impact we're having on the communities' fitness and wellness. This expansion will provide tremendous personal and professional growth opportunities to the right candidate. In-depth training is provided, along with hands-on training with the management team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.Position Summary:
A SPENGA manager is a positive, energetic, and efficient individual who warmly welcomes and takes care of members.
Qualifications:
- Do you have a passion for fitness? Are you motivated to help people achieve their fitness & wellness goals?
- Are you friendly, hard working, and organized?
- Do you have great customer service skills, and love people?
- Are you coachable and have a continuous improvement mentality?
- Are you a multi-tasker with the ability to function in a fast paced environment?
- Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills?
Responsibilities:
- Help build and maintain a truly excellent member experience
- Maintain a clean and well organized studio
- Sell memberships by engaging with prospective members understanding their fitness goals, supporting them through the trial process, identifying the right membership, package and/or program to best meet their needs, and closing the sale.
- Meet and exceed member retention expectations
- Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
- As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
