Boulevard Stays is seeking a dynamic Guest Experience Specialist to serve as the vital connection between our guests and exceptional hospitality experiences. In this fast-paced role, you'll be the problem-solver, relationship-builder, and brand ambassador who turns routine inquiries into memorable interactions and challenging situations into opportunities to shine. RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Engagement & Issue Resolution Answer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, SMS, email, chat) with speed and empathy. Troubleshoot guest concerns—everything from Wi‑Fi connectivity to AC malfunctions—leveraging our preferred tools (Guesty, Slack, WhatsApp, DialPad, Asana, Google Sheets) and your own creativity. Handle escalations for upset guests, de‑escalating tense situations with confidence and sincerity. Manage reservations on various booking platforms, process modifications or relocations, and file insurance claims for damages when necessary. Cross‑Functional Coordination Collaborate with cleaning services, maintenance contractors, and property managers to keep every stay running smoothly. Communicate effectively with your internal team on Slack to solve guest issues that need a joint effort. Take on additional administrative or data‑entry tasks as they arise—our startup environment means you'll wear multiple hats. Process & Quality Control Document all guest interactions and resolutions meticulously in our task management software (Asana) to ensure clear handoffs. Identify recurring guest issues and propose improvements to enhance the overall stay experience. Maintain thorough knowledge of each property so you can proactively tackle issues and confidently advise guests. QUALIFICATIONS

Experience 2+ years in a customer‑facing role; hospitality or hotel experience strongly preferred. Ability to navigate multiple apps and software (Guesty, Slack, WhatsApp, DialPad, Asana, Google Sheets). Proven track record of handling difficult situations with composure and empathy. Skills & Traits Hall‑of‑Fame Communicator : Clear, friendly, and efficient—both verbally and in writing. Tech‑Savvy : Comfortable switching between apps to support guests and manage tasks. Multi‑Tasking Pro : Can juggle multiple guest conversations and tasks without breaking a sweat. Grit & Resilience : Able to handle graveyard shift challenges, rotating schedules, and the occasional tough guest with grace. Team‑Oriented : Ready to collaborate and "tap in" colleagues when issues need collective brainpower. Logistical Must‑Haves Reliable 15Mbps+ internet, a quiet private workspace (no background noise from animals, TV, or loud neighbors). Fluent in English (spoken and written) to converse effectively with U.S.-based guests. Willingness to work a graveyard shift (Philippines-based), with shift selections rotating quarterly.
