Our organization, recognized as the largest and most comprehensive integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Attending Medical Oncologist with a focus on Genitourinary (GU) Malignancies . This position is part of our vibrant oncology team and is in partnership with the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, the state's only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center.

This role presents a distinctive and fulfilling career opportunity within a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting dedicated to clinical excellence, innovative research, and educational growth. The selected candidate will work closely with both the Rutgers Cancer Institute and our medical group, contributing to GU oncology care while also supporting a wider range of oncology services. The position will involve responsibilities in the Northern and Central regions, with time shared between Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center and The Rutgers Cancer Institute located in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

• Provide exceptional clinical care to oncology patients in both outpatient and inpatient environments.
• Oversee local Infusion Centers and collaborate on patient navigation across our healthcare locations.
• Concentrate clinical efforts on genitourinary malignancies while also engaging in additional solid tumor cases as needed.
• Participate in clinical research and trials supported by the Rutgers Cancer Institute Network.
• Contribute to medical education by teaching students, residents, and fellows.
• Engage in tumor boards, departmental committees, outreach education, and initiatives for clinical documentation.

• Board certified or eligible in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology.
• Completed fellowship training with a focus or experience in genitourinary cancers.
• Licensed in New Jersey or eligible for licensure.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and a desire to enhance oncology services in underserved communities.

• A fellowship stipend program offering up to $24,000 for qualifying final-year fellows.

The expected salary range for this position is between $350,000 and $500,000 annually. The final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
