This role is based in the firm's Dallas office and will play a critical part in driving financial reporting, managing cross-functional projects, and contributing to firm-wide initiatives. You will oversee a high-performing team and collaborate closely with leadership, auditors, and internal stakeholders across functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of accounting professionals, fostering both technical and leadership development. Own monthly close and financial reporting processes Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives to support strategic planning. Oversee expense allocations, accounts payable, and treasury functions. Provide tax and regulatory support Qualifications: Active CPA required Background in public accounting Proven experience managing teams Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus. Background in financial services or investment management is highly preferred.
