Job Overview Rose's Luxury is hiring a Lead Host for its Washington location. The role involves leading front‑of‑house operations, welcoming guests, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival, creating a welcoming first impression Coordinate communication between hosts, servers, bussers, and management Support the host team, providing guidance, training and motivation to ensure smooth FOH operations Manage reservations and waitlists using phone, online booking systems, or in‑person inquiries Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and offering initial hospitality Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance area Support front‑of‑house team members, including servers, bussers, and managers, to ensure an exceptional guest experience Monitor dining room activity and table turnover, updating the floor chart in real time Follow all safety, sanitation, and guest privacy protocols Lead by example with exceptional customer service and professionalism, acting as a role model for the team Qualifications and Skills Our ideal candidate will be hospitality‑focused with a background in service. They will be dependable, motivated to learn, committed to working as a team member, possess excellent communication skills, and will be willing and able to provide guests with authentically warm service each night.
