Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Location: Hybrid Opportunity Louisville, KY

Training will be conducted onsite before transitioning to a hybrid schedule.

Schedule

Training Period (First 6-8 Weeks)

• Monday-Friday

• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Fully onsite

Permanent Schedule

• Monday-Friday

• 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

• Hybrid work environment

Employees must maintain performance expectations to remain eligible for the hybrid schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

Answer inbound and outbound calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers

Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive caller experience

Provide accurate information and support

Process prescription refills and schedule shipments

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

Document interactions and follow company procedures

Guide callers through next steps and follow-up actions

Support healthcare operations while maintaining compliance standards

Requirements

Previous call center experience preferred

Healthcare experience preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Ability to type at least 35 WPM

Pharmacy Technician Registration required before or on your first day of employment

Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
