Sr. Payroll Analyst

As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for solving complex Payroll issues, stemming from restaurant team members, managers, and Support Center staff. Responsibilities Audit, review, and reconcile Restaurant, International and Support Center payrolls on a weekly basis. Distribute weekly audit reports to Payroll Specialists. Support Payroll Supervisors by handling escalations. Assist in the Training and Development of Payroll Specialists and New Hires. Maintain a high level of customer service through timely response to emails and tickets. Process complex off-cycle payments (Reversals, Overpayments, Duplicate Employee Merges). Assist with research and resolution of complex payroll related matters. Document and maintain best practices for payroll processing and implement new procedures as needed. Maintain a high level of confidentiality for all payroll-related items. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred. Payroll processing experience required. Experience with Workday preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong computer skills. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Ability to work in a highly structured team environment. Ability to maintain strict adherence to outlined procedures.
