At Farmers Insurance, we believe insurance is about more than policies—it’s about people, protection, and peace of mind. We are looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Producer who is ready to build on their industry knowledge, grow their book of business, and take the next step in their career.
This role is designed for a motivated insurance professional who wants more than a day-to-day sales position. You’ll have the opportunity to strengthen your sales skills, deepen client relationships, develop leadership capabilities, and position yourself for continued career growth within the Farmers organization.

Responsibilities
- Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and client relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions
- Build professional relationships within the local community
- Present insurance solutions and build customized client relationships
- Achieve established sales and production goals
- Develop referral and networking strategies
- Track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in coaching, training, and professional development
- Learn agency operations, staffing, customer retention, and business development
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment
Interest in developing leadership and management skills
Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (Guidance provided)
