Insurance Sales Representative / Future State Farm Agent (Aspirant Program)

Location: In Office (Schertz, Texas)
Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $20/hour (Higher pay available based on experience) + Performance Bonuses + Career Advancement

Our established State Farm agency is looking for a motivated, competitive, and coachable individual to join our team as an  Insurance Sales Representative with the goal of becoming a  future State Farm Agent.

This is an opportunity to learn every aspect of running a successful insurance agency while earning a competitive income. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience in sales, customer relationships, agency operations, and leadership.

If your long-term goal is to own and operate your own State Farm agency, this position is designed to help prepare you for that journey.

What You'll Do
Every day is different, but responsibilities include:

• Build relationships with current and prospective customers
• Make outbound calls to current customers, warm leads, and cold prospects
• Quote Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance to meet monthly quotas
• Follow up on leads and close sales
• Pivot conversations to identify additional insurance needs
• Assist customers with billing questions, payments, policy changes, and claims support
• Learn Salesforce CRM and agency systems
• Meet activity and sales goals
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work  in-office Monday through Friday
• Texas Property & Casualty License  
• Texas Life & Health License  
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
• Bilingual (Spanish), preferred
