Associate General Counsel

Printpack, a privately-held packaging manufacturer with revenues in excess of $1 billion, is seeking an Associate General Counsel. This hybrid-work position will be based at our Atlanta corporate headquarters in Vinings and will report directly to the Vice President and General Counsel. This position requires a broad business perspective and the ability to craft business-relevant legal solutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to anticipate legal issues, effectively resolve legal matters, and work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives while managing legal risk.Minimum QualificationsJD from an ABA-accredited law school; admitted to practice in GeorgiaExperience practicing corporate/transactional law, preferably in both firm and in-house settingsAdditional SkillsExcellent academic credentialsStrong drafting and negotiating skillsExceptional interpersonal and communications skills Collaborative and team-orientedAbility to develop strong relationships with individuals across a diverse companyMotivated self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and effectively juggle competing prioritiesSolid organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to devise pragmatic, creative solutions for problems, opportunities, and business strategiesPrior experience providing substantive/technical legal advice and support to the senior management team and business leadersFamiliarity with the UCC and transactions for the purchase and sale of goodsResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on counsel to all levels of the organization.
