Build relationships with customers through exceptional communication and follow‑up. Conduct vehicle walkarounds and product demonstrations. Guide customers through test drives and explain vehicle features and technology. Present financing and leasing options alongside our Finance team. Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, phone inquiries, and previous customers. Maintain customer information and sales activities within our CRM. Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement. Meet and exceed monthly sales, customer satisfaction, and follow‑up goals. Stay knowledgeable about Chevrolet, GMC, and competitor products. Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery and beyond. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
