Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk duties, filing systems, and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication.

• Handle human resources responsibilities such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and managing employee relations.
• Coordinate event planning activities for company functions, meetings, or community outreach initiatives.
• Develop and implement company health benefits programs by coordinating with insurance providers, managing enrollment processes, and serving as the main point of contact for employee benefits administration.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in an office or administrative setting with demonstrated team management skills.
• Experience with event planning, vendor management, and calendar management tools.
• Knowledge of human resources practices including onboarding, training & development, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare environments is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior experience in office experience, clerical work, or administrative roles demonstrating versatility in office management tasks.
