Coordinates with other work areas as required to ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory deadlines. Resolves exceptions and problems of a more routine nature, referring more complex problems to supervisor or manager as necessary. Prepares reports, records and performance monitoring informing management of operational activities. Provides work direction and training to staff. Maintains knowledge of products, services and systems in assigned area. Start Date: July 27, 2026 Will be in office 3+ days during the week. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
