Part Time - Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Benefits Steady 20 hours per week with options for 4-6 hour shifts, 2-4 days, or two 8-hour shifts between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends only until 5 pm). Job Description Our property managers work independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside. Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations. Keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk and move around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds, curb appeal, and keeping debris free. Qualifications Experience : Candidates should come from customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies. Transportation : Required to hold a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle for traveling between different work locations and/or conducting other work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available).
