Day to day, that means:Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plansBuilding skills through play, connection, and the kind of presence that helps a child feel safe enough to tryTracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technologyCreating a safe, positive environment for every child you work withPreparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 daysWhat We Offer:No RBT? $18.24 - $20.00Obtained your RBT?
