Nurse Manager (RN) – Pediatrics (up to age 25)
Compensation: $85-125k based on experience
Full-Time | Onsite

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise a team of nurses, medical assistants, and care coordination staff
• Oversee day-to-day clinical workflows, triage, and staffing operations
• Develop and monitor compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and protocols
• Manage medication storage, administration, and vaccine program oversight
• Supervise point-of-care and CLIA-waived testing
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants
• Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance
• Provide direct patient care as needed

What You'll Need

• Active Connecticut RN license
• Associates degree in nursing (Bachelors preferred)
• 7+ years of RN experience in an acute or outpatient setting preferred
• 2+ years in a supervisory capacity preferred
• CPR certification (or eligible within 90 days)
• Experience with diverse patient populations
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
