Drywall Project Executive

Job Summary This role is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of assigned drywall projects and teams, ensuring alignment with company policies, strategic goals, and business plans. The Project Executive oversees project execution, resource management, and financial performance while developing and mentoring personnel to support day-to-day operations and drive continued growth. Key Responsibilities Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing management and field leadership team in collaboration with Operations and Field Management leadership Evaluate, organize, and develop staff to support operational efficiency and long-term growth Partner with Marketing to build and maintain strong client relationships Establish, submit, and oversee project cost controls, ensuring timely, accurate financial forecasting and reporting Implement and enforce operational systems, field packages, and project policies across assigned projects Lead and support project closeout audits, evaluating field performance related to cost, productivity, unit pricing, quality, manpower, scheduling, and subcontractor management Oversee project documentation and financial tracking, including schedules, critical correspondence, accounts receivable and payable, requisitions, change orders, cash flow, and closeout processes Identify, recommend, and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes Ensure full compliance with the company safety program across all assigned projects Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers Perform additional duties as assigned by senior leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction , with drywall experience strongly preferred 10+ years of construction project financial management experience preferred Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance goals with minimal direct supervision Highly self‑motivated with a strong sense of accountability Commitment to maintaining high personal and professional standards of excellence Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check Willingness to sign a Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Solicitation Agreement Benefits Generous paid time off and paid holidays to support work-life balance Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Flexible work schedule Competitive compensation package Comprehensive health insurance with a Healthcare Reimbursement Account (HRA) to help offset deductibles Dental and vision coverage 401(k) plan with a generous company match Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance Benefits eligibility beginning the first of the month following hire Participation in company-sponsored charitable initiatives Company-hosted social events and team outings #J-18808-Ljbffr Delectus,-LLC-
