Director of Nursing (DON/DNS) – Join Our Family

We are looking for a caring, dedicated Director of Nursing (DON/DNS) to join our amazing team. Our nursing home is more than just a workplace — it’s a family, and we’re excited to welcome a new Director of Nursing who shares our passion for providing excellent care.

This is a truly special opportunity. Our facility is stable, well-staffed, and has a strong reputation with residents, families, and the state of Connecticut. As our Director of Nursing , you’ll have the support of a loyal, hardworking clinical team that’s already in place, making it easier for you to focus on leading, inspiring, and continuing the great work we’re known for.
