Qualifications 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience Current Pennsylvania practical nursing license in good standing Current CPR and First Aid certification Computer proficiency Willingness to complete DHS Direct Care Training during your orientation period Personal care or assisted living experience preferred. Knowledge about geriatric nursing or DHS regulations would be a bonus! Your Impact Provide direct patient care, develop and implement individualized care plans, document patient information, and maintain confidentiality. Assist around the unit, respond to falls or injuries by completing incident reports and taking preventative steps.
