This role is ideal for a machinist who thrives on technical challenges, and high-quality craftsmanship. What You'll Do Hatboro, PA | Full-Time You will become an expert in a range of grinding processes including: Grinding between centers Chucking OD grinding Chucking ID grinding Operate Grinding Equipment You will operate a variety of grinding machines including: Kellenberger Kel-Vista (3 machines) CNC conversational programming Multi-tool setups Kellenberger Kel-Vita Same as above with non-round grinding capability Jones & Shipman CNC Grinder Conversational programming Between-centers grinding Track job time accurately through job clock-in/clock-out Follow scheduled job lists created by the supervisor Work closely with Quality Assurance technicians on critical inspections Handle customer components with extreme care to minimize scrap Maintain a strong focus on quality and efficiency • What You Bring Experience Experience in OD/ID grinding preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Education Technical school or machining apprenticeship a plus Skills & Traits Exceptional attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Pride in craftsmanship and quality work Willingness to learn advanced grinding techniques Opportunities to Grow We invest in developing skilled machinists and offer opportunities to: Learn advanced grinding processes Participate in process improvement and innovation Contribute to risk analysis and process development Cross-train in other manufacturing departments Expand technical knowledge across the company Physical Requirements This position involves both shop floor and technical work, including: Standing at machines for up to 10 hours per day Walking the shop floor regularly Lifting up to 50 lbs or more Occasional computer use for programming and documentation Why Skilled Machinists Choose This Role
