Start dates are immediate, and placements may extend until permanent staff are hired or through the school year for certain roles.

There are two engaging assignments available:

• Role A: Provide specialized instruction and support to a small group of K-2nd grade students (four total), focusing on life skills development in an elementary setting.
• Role B: Step into a high school classroom with a caseload of five life skills students, beginning in November to cover another maternity leave—potentially lasting through the end of the academic year. Candidates interested in both roles will have a uniquely diverse teaching experience.

Desired Background & Skills:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience working with life skills students, preferably in K-2nd or high school settings
