Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and manage strategic Oracle-related programs from our onshore location. This role involves overseeing the successful execution of large-scale initiatives focused on Oracle platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion, or Oracle E-Business Suite), aligning business objectives with technology delivery, and driving collaboration across global teams.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in project/program management, including significant exposure to Oracle implementations or transformations, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of Oracle programs and projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Oracle functional and technical teams, business stakeholders, QA, and product owners to define project scope, objectives, priorities, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, track milestones, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive governance and alignment by conducting regular stakeholder updates, executive briefings, and steering committee meetings.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Leverage tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and ServiceNow for documentation, tracking, and status reporting.
• Act as the primary onshore liaison between the client and offshore delivery teams, ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective communication.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
