Position Title: Catering Operation Lead - Toyota Center Pay Range : $22.00 to $25.00 Diversity of thought and inclusion for all is what drives our success Job Summary Catering Operations Lead The Catering Operations Lead oversees the execution of catering events from Banquet Event Order (BEO) through completion. This hourly role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and event days. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute catering events according to BEOs. Schedule and direct event staff. Prepare menus and event materials. Communicate event details and expectations to staff. Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown. Ensure service standards, documentation, and operational procedures are followed. Monitor event operations and adjust staffing as needed. Partner with the Catering Sales Manager and other departments to ensure successful events. Qualifications Catering, hospitality, or event operations experience preferred. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to interpret BEOs and manage event logistics. Detail-oriented with experience handling event documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office and event-related systems. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
