Work Environment

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work in a flexible remote setting, facilitating client sessions and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insight into clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique goals and therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
• Administer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all ethical and legal standards in clinical practice.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to promote community and connection among clients.

You will work with a diverse patient population encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits
