What You’ll Do
Step into a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll:
- Help customers discover eyewear they love —combining function, comfort, and personal style
- Interpret prescriptions and ensure every detail is just right
- Fit and adjust glasses and contact lenses for perfect vision and all-day comfort
- Share your expertise on lenses, coatings, and the latest trends in eyewear
- Keep our displays fresh, organized, and visually inspiring
- Educate patients on how to care for their eyewear so it lasts
- Work closely with optometrists to deliver seamless, high-quality care
- Travel between nearby office locations as needed to support the team and ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Stay ahead of the curve with new optical technologies and fashion trends
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s as passionate about people as they are about precision:
- Experience in optical sales or customer-focused roles
- Strong knowledge of eyewear products and terminology
- Friendly, confident communication skills
- A sharp eye for detail and problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility and willingness to travel between nearby offices when needed
- Comfort using optical tools and software
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others look and feel their best
