Responsibilities Analyzing blueprints, determining material and labor costs, factoring in equipment and subcontractor expenses, and considering potential risks. Drawings and takeoffs. Prefer to use On-Screen for takeoffs. Establish and maintain processes during the project lifecycle. Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize performance. Identify potential cost risks like delays, material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions. Customer service is a must. Clients are a top priority and we value their relationship. Must be professional, respectful, and timely with response times. Requirements Two or more years experience estimating Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and budgetary guidelines Proven success working with all levels of management Strong written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr JRB LLC
