Bashas’ is seeking an Asst. Barista Team Lead to execute front-end tasks and create a welcoming Starbucks experience for Bashas’ customers in Chandler. You will deliver prompt service, quality beverages, and maintain a clean, comfortable store environment. The role emphasizes safety adherence, respectful coaching of new staff, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced store setting.
