Job Description

Job Description

Project Coordinator - Muleshoe Buildings, LLC

Muleshoe Buildings, LLC — Texas

Do you thrive on bringing order to complex projects? Are you the kind of person who takes ownership, keeps everything on track, and won’t rest until the job is done right? If so, we want you on our team.

About Us

Muleshoe Buildings is one of Texas’s fastest-growing steel building companies. We design, fabricate, and erect metal buildings with precision and pride. Our promise: every project is built right, on time, and with lasting value.

The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind assigned construction projects — from contract execution to the final walkthrough. You’ll coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors, keep clients informed, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on budget, and on schedule.

This role is perfect for someone who is:

  • Decisive — you don’t hesitate to take charge and make calls that keep projects moving.
  • Detail-oriented — budgets, schedules, and compliance matter to you, and you won’t let things slip through the cracks.
  • Steady under pressure — you remain calm and clear-headed when juggling deadlines and client expectations.
  • Accountable — you expect high standards from yourself and those around you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules and milestones.
  • Track budgets, process change orders, and coordinate invoicing.
  • Serve as the main client point of contact with weekly updates.
  • Lead and support crews, subs, and vendors to maintain safety and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure code compliance.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with performance incentives.
  • Profit-sharing opportunities as the company grows.
  • A culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • The chance to play a key role in building a company set to scale across Texas.
  • Paid Time Off
  • 401K

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in construction project management (metal building experience preferred).
  • Strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using project management and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel to job sites and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
