Special Events Manager

Special Events Manager
As a Special Events Manager, you will perform the following duties:
- Manages special events and permits.
- Coordinates the issuance of special park use permits.
- Provides information regarding the regulatory requirements for special park uses (e.g., filming, special events, sports, etc.).
- Facilitates communication with partners, agencies, staff and permit holders.
- Reviews work in progress taking corrective action to ensure work plans, goals, and objects are met.
- Advises and briefs senior management on identifying issues, developing problems, and potential controversies.
- Coordinates and produces documentation for event needs, including work orders, contracts, and permit applications.
