Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Effective communication skills to work closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Compassionate, creative, and flexible approach to support diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and provide direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Develop and document tailored treatment strategies and measurable goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student growth in motor skills, mobility, and functional independence
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional recommendations and progress updates
• Contribute input for ongoing program development and team meetings
• Ensure timely and thorough documentation of service delivery and student progress
