Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred

• Comfort with conducting assessments and documenting student progress
• Adaptability to diverse needs and customized intervention planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and educational objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other service providers to integrate treatment strategies into the school day
• Evaluate students’ motor skills and recommend adaptive equipment or accommodations
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Foster an encouraging, inclusive environment for students with special needs
