Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Event Outreach: Speak directly with the public at local community events, retail activations, and public promotional campaigns.
• Mission Advocacy: Introduce event attendees to our nonprofit partners' missions clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Donor Acquisition: Hold engaging, face-to-face conversations with potential supporters to drive new program registrations and donor sign-ups.
• Event Logistics: Assist with promotional event setups, registration desks, visual displays, and daily breakdown.
• Campaign Tracking: Log engagement metrics and share public feedback with team leaders during daily strategy check-ins.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework or a bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• No experience required! A background in retail, customer service, hospitality, bar/restaurant, sales, or volunteer work is highly valued, but we train the right candidate from scratch.
