Data Analyst

PrimeCare has an immediate opening for a Data Analytics position. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, data analytics experience, and preferably prior experience in the medical field. This role supports the operations management team on strategic initiatives, process management, and driving results. Duties & Responsibilities Manage processes and procedures related to financial reporting operations, including financial analyses/trends, data/volume data analysis, and forecasting. Analyze and interpret monthly reports, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks. Conduct financial modeling and analysis in support of initiatives and healthcare modalities. Evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Science, or another quantitative field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience in financial management, operations, or a related role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling). Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
