QA Test Automation Engineer

Role: QA Test Automation Engineer

Location: Wilmington, Delaware (Onsite 5 days/week)

Experience: 10+ years

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Web, API, and end-to-end testing.
Build reusable automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and TestNG/JUnit.
Perform regression and API automation testing with REST Assured.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
Track defects, manage test cases in Jira/Zephyr, and validate data using Oracle SQL.
Collaborate with Agile teams in sprint planning, testing, and defect triage.

Required Skills

Automation: Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber (BDD), TestNG/JUnit, REST Assured
Programming: Java (preferred), JavaScript or Ruby
CI/CD: Git, GitLab, Jenkins
Tools: Jira, Zephyr
Database: Oracle SQL
Methodology: Agile Scrum

Preferred

Banking/Financial Services experience
Strong SDLC/STLC knowledge
Cloud/DevOps and AI-assisted test automation exposure
