Customer Relations Representative - Direct Accounts Louisville Plant, 7929 National Turnpike, Louisville, Kentucky, United States of America Corporate Office, 1111 Medina Road, Medina, Ohio, United States of America Job Description As a key member of the Koroseal Interior Products team, the Customer Relations Representative plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and support for our direct accounts. This position is often the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for managing a wide range of customer service functions including order processing, shipping, sample fulfillment, and quote coordination. This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while building relationships with global clients and internal teams. This is an in-person role based in either our Louisville, KY manufacturing facility or Medina, OH corporate headquarters. The position will report to the Direct Account Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Support customers with product information, order placement, and general service needs. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and quality control. Manage requests for quotations, enter and update customer orders, and process sample requests. Provide proactive communication and problem-solving throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate internal documentation and communication records related to customer interactions. Manage inventory programs, ensuring alignment with established terms and proactive communication. Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Perform other related duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset.
