Network Analyst - DC

Salary: $72,000 - 108,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant expertise
• At least 3 years of experience installing and maintaining Citrix- or Cisco-based infrastructure in an enterprise environment
• Strong customer interaction, verbal communication, and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the Windows operating system
• Eligibility to work in the United States; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship

• Support new network infrastructure projects and implementations
• Help develop and implement security standards, procedures, and guidelines for production center platforms, remote access methods, and environments
• Coordinate network system upgrades and maintenance tasks
• Recommend upgrades and improvements that support a stable, available, and secure network infrastructure
• Research solutions and consult with vendors, internal customers, and other resources to assess infrastructure effectiveness
• Diagnose and resolve complex network infrastructure issues
• Apply best practices and knowledge of business needs to improve products, services, and procedures
• Analyze a range of problems and evaluate possible solutions using standard procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
