Cart Attendant/Outside ServiceThis position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every golfer by assisting with cart services, guest support, and maintaining the overall organization and appearance of the course facilities. If you enjoy working outdoors, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a fast-paced recreational environment, this is a great opportunity to join our team.What You'll DoGreet golfers and guests in a friendly and professional mannerPreparing and staging golf carts for daily play and tee timesCleaning and sanitizing carts after each use to maintain high presentation standardsInspecting carts for safety, cleanliness, and mechanical issuesAssisting golfers with loading and unloading golf bags and equipmentMaintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cart barn and staging areasSupporting tournaments and special events by organizing carts, signage, and materialsMonitoring pace of play and communicating with staff to ensure smooth course flowWhat We're Looking ForProvide excellent customer serviceBe comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsBe able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsHave a positive attitude and represent the golf course professionallyMinimum 16 years of ageValid driver's license required if operating vehicles as part of job dutiesBasic knowledge of golf operations or golf etiquette is helpful but not requiredMust be able to successfully complete a background check/investigation, pre-employment drug test.
