Customer Service Representative

*Description*
Support the company's mission of providing financing and service excellence for Automobile and Powersports products by delivering high-quality customer interactions and operational support. This includes handling inbound and outbound calls, managing account information, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

* Operate the company's phone system to handle incoming and outgoing calls in a call center environment.
* Assist customers and/or dealers with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution using available resources and systems.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.
