Call Center Representative

Salary: USD16 - USD16 per hour We are looking to hire professional call center representatives for a 4 week assignment in Alpharetta! Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and concerns through inbound and outbound communications, including phone, email, chat, and text. All of these actions are completed using a computer system with various software applications with multiple monitors. Schedule inspections , answer questions, and resolve issues. Provide accurate, timely information regarding inspection dates, technician arrivals, reports, and other service-related questions. Document customer interactions by maintaining clear and detailed records of inquiries, actions taken, and resolutions. Build and maintain positive customer relationships by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness. Collect and relay customer feedback to help identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement in service. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong Communication Skills: Clear, professional verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams. Problem-solving ability: Effectively assess situations and provide appropriate solutions or next steps. Patience and empathy: Maintain a calm, customer-focused approach in all interactions, including challenging situations.
