Job Description
Dinasty Security Inc. is hiring a dependable Unarmed Security Guard for an overnight post in Carson. We're looking for someone who understands the responsibility the role carries — a person who operates with integrity and respect, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in the uniform. The Role at a Glance
- Position: Unarmed Security Guard
- Shift: Thursday-Friday 2PM-10:30PM & Saturday & Sunday 11:30AM-8:00PM
- Pay Frequency: Biweekly
- Site Type: Industrial — Carson, CA
- Start: Immediate openings
What You'll Do
- Access Control: screen and register all incoming visitors
- Perform hourly patrols on foot or by golf cart (Detex checkpoints)
- Secure and guard the facility and all designated areas
- Remain alert and observe for any suspicious activity
- Report: create incident reports and notify management of any incidents
- Log trucks, trailers, containers, and temperatures in/out
- Check seal numbers on trucks, trailers, and containers
- Customer service: provide manners and respect at all times
- Communicate with the client regarding daily activity and serious incident logs
- Protect the property and provide safety to personnel and assets
✔ What We're Looking For
- Valid California Guard Card (required)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Punctual, professional, presentable, and self-aware
- Able to stand for the entire shift and lift 15–20 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and situational awareness
- Computer literate — comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting
- High school diploma or equivalent — preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish — preferred
- Prior training in CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, or military/law enforcement — highly desirable
