Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Fire Watch Attendants to ensure the safety of residents, staff, and property during periods when fire protection systems are impaired. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with safety regulations and preventing fire hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct continuous patrols of the property to monitor for fire hazards
• Identify and report any safety concerns or potential fire risks immediately
• Maintain a visible presence on-site at all times while on duty
• Keep accurate logs of patrols, observations, and any incidents
• Notify emergency services in the event of a fire or emergency
• Communicate effectively with property management and staff

Qualifications:

• Previous security, fire watch, or property management experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods
• Strong communication skills

Requirements:

• Must be available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
• Must comply with all safety regulations and procedures
