Were seeking a reliable Apartment Community Fire Watch Personnel to help us keep residents safe by monitoring properties, ensuring fire safety compliance, and assisting during emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols throughout apartment communities to ensure safety and security
- Monitor safety systems
- Assist with evacuations and promote a safe environment
Qualifications:
- Prior safety/fire watch experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attentive and calm under pressure
- A fully functional phone with data and cellular service is required
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
