RN-Express Care Clinic Weekends

Job Overview It‘s more than a career, it‘s a calling - WI-Agnesian Clinic Main Street. We are looking for an experienced nurse for our Express Clinic in Fond du lac. Worker Type: Regular Schedule Every other weekend / Saturday and Sunday: Day shift 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Evening shift 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM, Extended shifts 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM. There is no on‑call requirement for this position. The role includes a holiday rotation, as Express Care is open 365 days a year. Requirements Must have at least 1 year of nursing experience. Graduate of an accredited nursing school or equivalent education for licensing. No prior experience required. Physical: constant use of speech, standing/walking, frequent lifting 0‑25 lb, occasional lifting 25‑50 lb, patient movement occasional, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, driving occasionally. Licensure: Registered Nurse in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin as per state board. Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS HCP) required. Optional compact RN registration. Job Responsibilities Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team. May round with physicians in an inpatient setting. Apply evidence‑based practice and scientific knowledge in nursing practice. Demonstrate professional nursing standards per SSM Health practice model. Use ANA Code of Ethics to guide responses to evolving care needs. Work in a constant state of alertness and safety. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Constant use of speech, standing and walking, frequent lifting/pushing of objects 0‑25 lb, frequent sitting, reaching, keyboard use, vision and depth perception for distances up to 20 feet and color discrimination, frequent use of smell and hearing for alarms, occasional lifting of patients, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, driving occasionally, rare crawling and running.
