In our spotless, temperature-stabilized clean room, you bring that spindle back to life—one precise measurement, bearing fit, and preload adjustment at a time. Your mission

• Own end-to-end spindle remanufacture—teardown, inspection, preparation, assembly, and verification
• Apply expert bearing system knowledge to select fits, set preload, and ensure alignment
• Execute documented processes and capture results using Microsoft Office
• Partner with a collaborative team on complex repair and rebuild initiatives
• Pitch in with occasional local driving and projects that fuel the unit’s growth

What sets you up for success

• Direct experience assembling or rebuilding industrial spindles
• Skill working to tight tolerances on precision equipment
• Comfort handling components up to 50 lbs
• Clear, organized documentation skills in Microsoft Office
