Industrial Maintenance Technician

Industrial Maintenance TechnicianThe industrial maintenance technician will be responsible for the preventative maintenance, calibration and repair of shop floor equipment. Machine uptime is the highest priority for the position.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Diagnose and repair CNC, additive (3D printing), and factory production equipmentBasic building maintenanceSustain a preventative maintenance planCoordinate with outside vendors for machine maintenance and repairsAssist with installations of new equipmentWork to reduce unplanned downtime by assessing equipment and establishing countermeasuresMaintain spare parts inventory levels to support high machine uptimeTrack machine KPIs, such as unplanned downtime, to help improve long term performanceCommunicate equipment status within the organization.Other duties as assignedQualifications/ Requirements:Technical degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Automation, or related course of study a plus but not required.3 years of experience in CNC, additive, or similar plant maintenanceExperience trouble shooting PLC's, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systemsDemonstrated leadership qualities, professionalism, accountability, communication, and positive attitude.The ability to read blueprints and execute shop mathStrong work ethic and high attention to detailWhat we offer:Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
