Do you thrive in a hands-on role where no two nights are the same? Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a key role in maintaining and improving our high-performance manufacturing equipment.What You'll DoAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our converting, printing, and extruding equipment operates safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery, building systems, and groundsTroubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic issuesInstalling new machines and programming PLCsManaging parts inventory and sourcing materialsConducting tool & die and fixture workSupporting cross-training and departmental organization (5S)Documenting work and assisting in root cause analysisCommunicating professionally and collaborating across shiftsTraveling occasionally (up to 5%) to other company locationsWhat You BringStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read blueprints and electrical schematicsProficiency with basic gauges, measuring tools, and machine control systemsSolid communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetExperience with SAP and Excel (preferred)Lean manufacturing experience (preferred)Preferred QualificationsHigh School diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentWhy Join Us?We're committed to safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
