Part-Time Direct Support Professional
Join Kindly Direct Care, a New Jersey preferred DDD agency, in empowering adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. Our team of compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) understand the power of possibilities and are committed to providing one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities.
About This Opportunity
We are seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional to provide support to an adult with developmental disabilities in West Wildwood, NJ. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in someone's life. As a DSP, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support, encouraging independence, and promoting personal growth.
Responsibilities
Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community
Provide community companionship and assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs
Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals
Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions
Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team
Qualifications
Able to consistently commit to the posted schedule
Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one
Experience welcome but not required
Driving individual in the community required
Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training
Schedule
2 days a week, 3 hours a day

$17-$21 per hour
